Yes, we have a minimum of 1.5 hours, which is less than most moving companies in the Gallatin Valley. We charge round trip from the office and if you need a truck it is a flat rate for the day. If your job goes over the minimum, we only charge for the time it takes us in 5 minute increments.
We try to book about 2 weeks ahead of time. During the busy season (May-Oct) that can stretch to 4 weeks. In the winter it can compress to 1 week. We try to save some spots for customers who call last minute.

The more organized you are, the more efficient we will be. We offer packing as well as moving and storage services. If you would like help packing, please speak with us in advance so we can bring the appropriate packing materials and crew.
Yes, we offer several options for valuation coverage to fit each customer’s needs. The industry standard is $0.60 per pound, which is fine for average furniture items. If you would like “full-coverage” which includes repair or replacement of any damaged item, we offer that for a fee. Ask about our coverage options when you book.

No, we would like to do a walkthrough for bigger jobs (3 bedroom+), any jobs going into storage or any long haul jobs. The best way for us to provide an accurate estimate, is for the customer to take lots of pictures of all the items we will be moving.
We require a $150 deposit to book for local moves. You will need to pay your deposit to guarantee your date and time. Long haul deposits vary from job to job and will always be a percentage of the estimate.
